In this sense, the joint work between the actors of the union and the regional and national government entities advances to the extent that we understand the trends in business dynamics, giving an important place to the various forms of the generation of new jobs and new resources.
A clear example of the importance of achieving joint construction to regulate and normalize work on adult entertainment platforms, seeking the protection of their rights, was the space that was developed with the Vice Minister of Labor Relations and Inspection of Colombia, Edwin Palma Egea on Saturday, January 28 with some representatives of studios, agencies and unions of our industry.
Thus, and at a good time, today we can celebrate the materialization of these meetings to exchange experiences, actively listen to positions and have close dialogues regarding the formalization and professionalization of webcam models.
Through the National Federation of Electronic Commerce for Adults (Fenalweb), we will continue to be present in these conversation processes, because as stated by its president, Diego Valencia, “These results are the product of the teamwork of our Federation of Medellín, through work tables, conversations and demonstrative tests of our activity, which result in regulating this work in a comprehensive, formal and organized manner.”
