The difference between a webcam modeling agency and a studio

Studio or agency? We explain how they differ, what services each one offers and why nWs is the only Flirt4Free-certified training center in Latin America.

The difference between a webcam modeling agency and a studio

One of the most important differences is that a studio is a physical space, equipped with the right audiovisual tools, a special, organized and clean set, and stocked with the essentials for broadcasts and shows. An agency, on the other hand, is an intermediary company that represents models' interests, provides personalized advice and technical support, and helps manage payments across the different platforms.

All studios, without exception, must operate as commercial establishments under the regulations of the entities that govern land use and the chambers of commerce, meeting special requirements to carry out their purpose. They are usually equipped with cameras, microphones and other necessary equipment, and models pay the studio a fee for the use of the space and services.

An agency, meanwhile, acts as an intermediary between the streaming platforms and independent models or studios, accompanying and supporting every show.

What sets us apart from other agencies? Agencies like ours (nWs), with over 20 years in the virtual adult entertainment world, provide personalized advice, technical support, audiovisual production and social media training, with the goal of boosting the profiles and management of models and studios.

Why are we the only certified training center in Latin America? In Colombia there are studios and agencies, some certified by the streaming platforms; only nWs is certified by Flirt4Free as the sole training center in Latin America. That certification, backed by our track record, commitment, skilled team and good practices, sets our expertise apart in the market.

Main differences. Location: a studio is a physical space, while an agency is a company focused on administrative work (in our case, also with a photography studio). Services: the studio provides space and equipment for broadcasts; the agency represents models and advances their careers. Cost: models pay the studio a fee for the space, while agencies work on a percentage of income.

Ultimately, the decision to work with a studio or an agency depends on each model's preferences. Some prefer to work independently; others prefer the help and support of an agency. At nWs we have what it takes to help you reach your goals. Shall we talk?
